RepuSpark SMS Compliance
RepuSpark helps local businesses send one-time SMS review or feedback requests to recent customers who have agreed to receive those messages. This page explains how SMS consent is collected, confirmed, and honored.
Messages are sent on behalf of the local business using RepuSpark.
Recent customers who provided their phone number and agreed to receive SMS review or feedback requests.
Typically one review or feedback request after a visit, purchase, appointment, or completed service.
Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance at +1 (856) 481-8494.
Example checkout, booking, or service-intake form where customers provide their phone number and optionally consent to receive one-time SMS review or feedback requests.
The consent checkbox should be optional and not pre-selected.
Some businesses collect consent verbally during in-person service interactions before any message is sent.
"Would you like to receive a one-time text message from us with a link to leave feedback or a review after today's service? Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at +1 (856) 481-8494. Your consent is not required to purchase from us."
Businesses should document that verbal consent was obtained and retain consent records.
This internal confirmation step is used after the customer has already agreed to receive SMS messages. It is not a replacement for customer-facing consent.
Example one-time review request message.
If a recipient replies STOP, RepuSpark suppresses future SMS messages to that mobile number from the applicable messaging workflow.
If a recipient replies HELP, RepuSpark provides assistance information, including the business name and support contact details.
RepuSpark does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with service providers, such as SMS delivery providers, only as needed to operate the RepuSpark platform and deliver requested messages.
